1. Services
Press Identity provides PR-on-demand services including press release drafting, media outreach, and coverage reporting. We act as an intermediary between clients and independent editorial publications. We do not guarantee placement in any specific publication. All outreach is conducted on a best-efforts basis subject to editorial discretion.
2. Publication Names Not Guaranteed
While we maintain relationships with a wide network of media outlets, we do not guarantee coverage in any named publication. Publication placements are subject to editorial approval, relevance, and availability at the time of outreach. Specific outlet names mentioned in our materials are illustrative of our network only.
3. Editorial Discretion
All publications retain full editorial independence. Press Identity does not control, direct, or influence editorial decisions. Any publication may reject, edit, delay, or decline to publish submitted content at their sole discretion. This does not constitute a breach of service by Press Identity.
4. Approval Policy
All client submissions are subject to internal review before campaign activation. Press Identity reserves the right to decline applications from industries or businesses that conflict with our editorial standards, UAE law, or applicable international regulations. Declined applications will receive a full refund of any amounts paid. Industries including but not limited to gambling, adult content, unlicensed financial services, tobacco, and politically sensitive sectors may be rejected at our sole discretion.
5. Delivery Expectations & Timelines
Estimated campaign turnaround is 30 to 60 days from campaign activation. Timelines are estimates and not contractual guarantees. Delivery may vary based on media availability, editorial cycles, approval timelines, and the nature of the client's news. Press Identity is not liable for delays caused by third-party publications or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
6. Coverage Disclaimer
Guaranteed coverage refers to a minimum number of published pieces as specified in the applicable package. Coverage pieces may vary in publication tier, audience size, and format. Syndicated, aggregated, or republished articles count toward the coverage minimum. Press Identity makes no representation as to the commercial impact, traffic, or reputational outcome of any media coverage secured.
7. Payment Terms
All fees are quoted in AED or USD as specified at the time of application. Payment is due in full via the secure payment link issued upon approval of your application. All transactions are processed securely through Stripe. All prices displayed are inclusive of applicable VAT in compliance with UAE Federal Tax Authority regulations.
8. Cancellation Terms
Cancellations requested before payment is made will incur no charge. Once payment has been completed and the campaign activated (i.e. outreach has commenced), cancellations are not eligible for refund unless covered under our Refund Policy. To request a cancellation, contact us at admin@pressidentity.com within 48 hours of receiving your payment link.
9. Refund Policy
If no media coverage is secured within the campaign period, the client is entitled to a full refund of the amount paid. No refund will be issued if a minimum of three (3) coverage pieces have been successfully secured and delivered. Partial coverage does not constitute grounds for a full refund. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to admin@pressidentity.com within 14 days of the campaign close date. See our full Refund Policy for details.
10. Intellectual Property
All press releases, content, and materials drafted by Press Identity on behalf of the client remain the property of the client upon full payment. Press Identity retains the right to reference campaign outcomes and client names in anonymised case studies or marketing materials unless the client opts out in writing. Client-submitted materials must not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party. The client warrants that all information provided is accurate, lawful, and does not breach any applicable laws.
11. Liability Limitations
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Press Identity's total liability to any client for any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by that client for the relevant service. Press Identity is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or reputational loss arising from the provision or non-provision of media coverage. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE. International clients agree to submit to this jurisdiction for the purposes of any dispute resolution.
13. Acceptance
By completing a purchase or submitting an application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
